Cancer-stricken mother loses her fight
The Berbice mother of five who was battling for her life against cervical cancer has lost her fight.
Thirty-one-year-old Arlene Tyndall died at her Ulverston Village, Corentyne home around 10.a.m Saturday morning with her children at home. Her husband Curly Hooper was at work when she died.
Neighbours gathered at her home as the news spread and shortly after her body was taken away.
Even though her health continued to decline relatives are in shock and pain from her passing. They could not contain their grief as her body was taken away.
Soon after Capitol News broke the story late last year (2017) of Arlene’s plight there was an outpouring of love, moral and financial support which shifted the tide significantly for the young mother.
Hundreds of strangers around the world not only renewed her strength to fight for her life but helped to make her last weeks easier.
