Days after plane crash pilot’s body extracted and flown to City
The body of Captain Imran Khan, the Air Services Limited (ASL) pilot, who vanished over region 8 Sunday last, was this morning (August 28) brought to Ogle from Mahdia by an ASL caravan.
Captain Khan’s Cessna 206 aircraft crashed in the interior and his body was located more than two miles north of the mining community.
Khan had been on shuttle duty and was returning from Chai Chai to Mahdia when contact was lost with his carrier.
The single-engine aircraft reportedly flipped sideways on landing.
Both wings of the aircraft were broken off.
