Crippled murder accused found ‘motionless’ in prison
The 22-year-old man who was accused of murdering Durban Street, Georgetown waitress, Debra Blackman in 2014 was this morning found ‘motionless’ at the Lusignan Prison by wardens, according to a senior source.
George was rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.
He was apprehended by police earlier this year and slapped with the murder charge when he appeared at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
When George appeared in court he was crippled and had recently returned from Suriname where he was allegedly hiding after murdering the ‘Delicious Chinese Resturant’ waitress.
