VIDEO UPDATE: Relatives relieved by murder confessions, accused stormed family’s home last week

Relatives of 27-year-old Faiyaz Narinedatt of No. 70 Village Corentyne, who was found dead on the public road last week are speaking out about his demise.

In this video, from last week, Faiyaz’s wife and mother call for justice and one of the accused even came to their home and made threatening remarks.

Two Upper Corentyne Berbice men on Thursday morning (November 17) admitted to their involvement in the murder and implicated an overseas based Guyanese businessman as the mastermind.

A relative of Faiyaz told this newscast that, “we are profoundly grateful for all the support from everyone, especially key individuals that were so instrumental in helping us to get a fair investigation. The authorities at the CID headquarters have done a phenomenal job thus far.”
