MPS shall not be moved by Money

Screen Shot 2014-09-19 at 6.54.49 PMThe opposition leader David Granger has put to rest rumors that his party members were offered millions not to vote on the no confidence motion. Granger at his party weekly press conference said he is confident that his members will vote solidly in support of the no confidence motion. It was the AFC leader Khemraj Ramjattan who said that the ruling party is offering a whopping 30 million dollars to each of the MP’s and that figure will go up.

While Ramjattan did not provide the names of the parliamentarians who were allegedly approached he was confident that his seven seat opposition will not sell their votes.
