No value for city cleanup money

Screen Shot 2014-09-16 at 6.39.02 PMWhile residents welcome the clean up of La Repentir Cemetery some residents are lamenting the quality of work and are calling for value for money.

Inmates of the Prisons and other contractors are doing some of the work.

500million dollars were allocated to clean up the city and in some wards residents are not too pleased with the works done so far.

In the cemetery residents of Albouystown are calling for the proper maintenance of the burial ground after its initial stage.

The Georgetown Mayor and city council has been shut out of the clean up exercise as the fall out between central government and the municipality is prolonged.
