Albouystown man miffed by poor Police investigation

Screen Shot 2014-08-18 at 8.55.33 PMDays after he was shot by an unknown gunman the Albouystown businessman Joseph Sullivan is still waiting on the police to take a statement from him. He said he is surprised that even while he was in hospital for the 10 days the investigators did not see it fit to speak with him.

The man was shot during a failed robbery attempt at his home at James and Cooper Street on August 1st.

A lone gunman shot Sullivan in the abdomen. He was discharged last Wednesday from the Georgetown Public Hospital. He told this newscast that he was about to close the gate to his shop when he saw a man moving suspiciously heading in his direction.

Sullivan is home resting comfortably and told this newscast that he will be back at the hospital Tuesday to take out the stitches.
