Gruesome Identification process for husband of Brooklyn woman
The husband of missing Guyanese Chinelle Latoya Browne will be heading to the United States where he is expected to view the body parts found to confirm whether or not they belong to his missing wife.
The twenty-seven year old woman has been missing since Sunday last and New York Police believe the mother of four was murdered, having discovered dismembered body parts. The Police have also disclosed that they are awaiting DNA for a positive identification.
The United States Embassy has been very helpful to the Brown family in ensuring that they have the necessary documents to facilitate their travel while airlines are working on getting the distraught father of four to the United States over the weekend.
Brown in an emotional interview with Capitol News yesterday, said he is holding on to hope.
Reports are that Chinelle was involved in an altercation with her landlord over the provision of electricity to her room.
While the landlord and another person have been identified as persons of interests, no arrests have been made.
Chinelle migrated to the United States last year, where she was making provision for her husband and children to join her in the US. Three of the four children were born in the United States.
