Opposition Parties No-confidence Motion
She told the media on Friday that the AFC is yet to consult the APNU on whether it will be pushing to have the motion tabled in Parliament. Once the two Opposition Parties agree to a no-confidence motion this would mean that early general elections will have to be called.

Talks about a no-confidence motion against the government stemmed from AFC Vice Chairman, Moses Nagamootoo who pointed to government’s abuse of accountability by spending some 4.5 billion dollars without approval by the National Assembly.
It was during last week’s sitting of the National Assembly that the Finance Minister presented a statement of excess to parliament indicating government’s spending.
