The Visa Fair on Main and Bentick street resembled the lines you would typically at the US Embassy in Georgetown. Scores of persons gathered to get more information about migrating to the US, or getting a visa to travel for some reason or the other.
While some persons were satisfied with the visa fair, others were not.
While the fair was primarily to provide information about visas, American citizens living in Guyana could have used the opportunity to ask about registrations for births abroad, processes for voting, and taxes.
