No fears, if ruling party calls elections says Granger.

grangerNow that the 2014 budget was passed in the national assembly  opposition leader David Granger said he is not fearful that the ruling party will called snap elections.

The ruling party has expressed outrage with the opposition for disapproving funding for a number of projects of the 2014 budget.

Speaking with members of the media today Granger said the opposition did what they felt was best for this country.

Granger said the APNU is in campaign mode for the local government elections.

The opposition side of the house is calling on the government to be more accountable for taxpayers money, but the government feels that the opposition is trying to hamper national development.
