Colwyn Harding support group appeals his girlfriend’s conviction

hardingToday(Friday April 11 2014) the Colwyn Harding Support Group moved to the Appeal Court with an application for leave regarding the conviction and sentencing of Harding’s girlfriend Teneisha Evans.

Teneisha Evans is currently serving a 2 year prison sentence for selling a TV belonging to a relative in order to raise the $50,000 bail money to secure the release of her friend Colwyn Harding who had been brutally beaten, raped and tortured.

Touching on the Harding sexual assault investigation Hughes said while the investigation is taking a very long time he is prepared to wait another week as he remains hopeful that the investigators would do the right thing.

Harding claimed that Timehri Police used a condom-covered baton to sodomize him while he was in custody at the police station there.
