Another try to fly to Miami via the ABC islands

Come June this year there will be another airline plying the Georgetown Miami route. And it is Insel Air out of Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao the ABC Islands. Several years ago Guyana Airways had flights to Curacao but that route did not last long. This time around the Chief Commercial Officer of Insel Air feels that the route will work because of the changing tourism environment and the fact that Insel Air has a fleet of aircraft to accommodate the passenger loads out of Guyana.

Roraima Airways will serve as the handling agent and the General Sales Representative for the airline that operates via Aruba Bonaire and Curacao and serves several destinations in the Caribbean including places where Guyanese frequent like St Maarten, Suriname and Venezuela.

Insel Air started its non-stop service to Miami today(Friday April 11 2014) from Aruba but will add Guyana from mid-June this year. It offers passengers connections to Europe and South and North America. Passengers can book at travel agents country wide or online at
