No word yet as time runs out for the east coast businessman safe return

kidnappedUp to late this afternoon there was no word on the whereabouts of kidnapped businessman Rajendra Persaud . His kidnappers are continuing to demand a 25million ransom for his safe return.

Two men snatched the spare parts auto dealer from his Foulis east coast Demerara business late Saturday afternoon. There are reports that two men reportedly came up to the man’s business place pretending to be interested in doing business with the man and held him up at gunpoint. Persaud was placed in the truck of his vehicle which sped away from the scene. His wife traced the vehicle, which was left abandoned on the railway embankment in the vicinity of BV.

The police are looking into the matter with acting commissioner of police Seelall Persaud calling on the media to be more sensitive about  the issue since a life is at stake.

Family members remained tightlipped as they wait for word from the kidnappers on the ransom payment.

Hello! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any problems with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing many months of hard work due to no data backup. Do you have any methods to prevent hackers?
