Finance Minister silent on Mash Night accident

crashThe Minister of Finance, Dr Ashni Singh has remained silent about the Mash Night accident he was involved in, allegedly slamming into a taxi and then leaving the scene without rendering any assistance. Eyewitnesses have also claimed the Minister appeared to have been under the influence of alcohol. Today, the Minister of Home Affairs, Clement Rohee, said that the matter is one for the Police.

Minister Rohee denied knowledge of what happened Sunday night.

The Minister said his plea of ignorance of what happened the evening is not an excuse for him not to want to deal with this issue.

The Minister of Finance is reportedly going through a friend, Brian Yong, to compensate the taxi driver and the passenger at the time.
