Sports 17thThe 4th Hugh Ross Classic was launched over the past weekend with the organisers promising a professional event that will benefit the bodybuilders and provide fun for the fans.6 male catergories. The event will be held in march of 2014.

The male catergories will see the Bantamweight Light weight welterweight, light middle wgt and Heavyweight There will also be lots to look forward in the female catergory according to Ross

Sponsors are already coming on board and Ross said he expects many more to support the event.

President of the Guyana Amateur bodybuilding and fitness Federation is supporting this event according to nits President Kevon Best.

And the Finals will be decided this evening when the Guinness greatest of the streets gets underway at the National Cultural Centre Tarmac. The quarters and semis tonight are expected to fill the tarmac with fever pitch excitement as new teams will be vying to claim the crown after the early exits of the defending champions and other highly touted teams.

And Manager of the WI team in New Zealand Richie Richardson is calling on the WI team to win the final test and square the series against NZ as a sign of support for under fire player shane Shillingford.  Shillingford has been banned by the ICC for what they called an illegal bowling action.

Richardson expects shillingford to bounce back from this latest setback to his career.

Shillingford played a leading role in the two tests so far on the tour picking up 6 wickets. He also picked up 11 against India in the two tests played there recently.

 The west Indies start the final test without shillingford tomorrow evening in Hamilton
