GPL former head calls for greater management accountability
Raymond Gaskin believes that 32% of all the production of the utility company is not sold to consumers.
The controversial social commentator said the time has come for new management of the utility.
Currently the company is receiving subsides from the government to run its daily operation. Just recently when parliament slashed the budget of GPL the company threaten to raise the rates. That money was later restored to GPL.
GPL are complaining about electricity theft and high fuel bills that are hurting the company.
