Wanted bulletin issued for Junior Anthony Henry in relation to the murder of Michael Hamilton.
The Guyana Police force is now turning to the public for any information that may lead to the arrest of Junior Anthony Henry. The public is being encouraged to contact the nearest police station and is being assured that all information will be treated with strict confidence.
Hamilton’s family remains peeved with the police for not taking serious the threats made on his life. It is believed that the 22 year old was shot and killed by Henry with whom he had an ongoing argument the previous night before his death. That incident occurred just a few yards away from his home.
His uncle Raphael Hamilton told reporters that the shooting incident stemmed from a problem over a young lady the suspect shared a child with.
But according to a release from the Police, Hamilton’s sister was at home when she heard an explosion. She looked outside and saw her Brother Michael running after the suspect with blood streaming down his left leg. As Michael got closer to the suspect, he turned around and shot him to his chest and made good his escape.
Junior Anthony Henry called ‘Oswald’ who is now wanted by the Police has since gone into hiding after the shooting incident.
