Opposition Leader says the PPP has not accepted responsibility for the high crime rate.
As the PPP celebrates 21 years in office, opposition leader David Granger is of the view that party has not accepted responsibility for the high rate of crime. He alluded to armed robberies, murderous maritime privacy, rampant gun running’s, trafficking in persons contraband smuggling and other violent crimes.

Granger said the PPP has little to celebrate but should rather use the occasion for a retreat to review its policies and resume serious engagements with the opposition to move this country forward.
The leader of the opposition said the government has failed most seriously to address the country’s most pressing problems, public security crisis.
