Fly Jamaica awaits approval from US Authorities for direct flights between Guyana and NY.
Fly Jamaica Director, Roxanne Reece said the Airline will not just sit and wait for passengers but plans to sell tourism as a way of getting persons to fly more.
Fly Jamaica is co-owned by Guyanese pilot, Captain Ronald Reece. Twenty-five Guyanese flight attendants are being trained by Fly Jamaica to support the Airlines latest route.
According to the Director the airline operates its own aircraft and is currently in the process of purchasing a Boeing 767 aircraft.
The airline offers services to Jamaica, New York, Toronto and now Guyana
