Businessman fingered in biker’s murder still elude law enforcement officers
Kurt Davis was an active member of the CBR bikers crew riding from Georgetown to Suriname. He is seen here after a journey around the country. It was only recently that he was part of the biker fest in Berbice where he performed a few stunts.
Davis’ life was cut short allegedly by one of his close friends reportedly over a relationship he had with his wife.
Davis had repeatedly denied any involved with the woman.
The businessman was having none of it and drove up at to man’s home in a tinted silver vehicle according to residents and confronted the man about the allegation. It was during this confrontation Davis was shot, despite screams coming from inside of the vehicle, telling the shooter not to do what he was about to do.
Some 11 shots were pumped in the upper body of the man, all at point blank range.
Residents told the media that after the shooting, the suspect calmly walked back into his car and drove away.
At the scene of the shooting the Police were able to recover a number of spent shells. The Police would normally conduct ballistic test on those shells to ascertain if the weapon was used in any previous crime.
