City Mayor seeks to work towards the best interest of the city – 3rd Jan 2013
City Mayor Hamilton Green is hoping to avoid aggressive language as he seeks to work towards the best interest of the city.
His comments were made at a press briefing at City Hall on Wednesday. Mayor Green has been very outspoken against the Central Government accusing the administration of playing politics with the city.
According to Green, he was delighted to hear President Donald Ramator openly stating that he is open to dialogue. Green on several occasions wrote the President about the out of control garbage situation, but never got a reply.
The Government over the years, has blamed the council for poor management of the city. But the council is saying that the Government is the one not serious about restoring the image of the city.
