German company donates equipment to New Opportunity Corps – Nov. 6th 2012

The students at the New Opportunity Corps has benefitted from a donation of equipment, that will help them as they learn new skills while at the institution. In addition, the German Company making the donation, Eerepami, will pay for the services of a caterer for the institution for 1 year, after which the NOC will be responsible for the individual.

The donation was made at the Boardroom of the Ministry of Culture Youth and Sport.

Representing Eerepami, was Robert Spitzer, and he said, that his organization is happy to help in the Development of youths.

Assistant Director of Youth, Devanand Ramdatt, also spoke of the significance of the donation to the objectives of the NOC.

The New Opportunity Corps has approximately 175 pupils, between the ages of 10-15.
