Cement company TCL is confident about maintaining its market share in Guyana.
Trinidad Cement Limited, which is distributed in Guyana by local agents TGI Guyana, says it is confident of maintaining its market share in Guyana which stands at around 70%. This was disclosed by Manager of the local operations, Eric Whaul.
Whaul was speaking at the launch of a website for the company where contractors and homeowners can go for information.
He said that TCL offers a service and exceptional products that leaves the users no choice but to keep using their products.
Whaul said, they also try to keep prices stable and their dealers are a big support in this way.
The website according to Whaul allows customers to ask questions and receive advice on any of their products. Guyana’s demands for cement according to TGI, stands at just under 18,000 metric tonnes per month.
