New Mega Shopping Center prepares to open its doors tomorrow

The corner of Regent and Camp Streets is looking a little brighter as a new multi-store mega shopping center prepares to throw open its doors Thursday morning. The new United Center will host the Footsteps mega store, Home and Beyond Furnishing and Electronics, a pharmacy, a Western Union branch, Chester Fried Chicken restaurant, a Café and a phone depot. It’s 6 stories of shopping luxury and management intends to push that line. Marketing Manager, Michael Alleyne today said, the investment appears set to take off.

The department store is expected to lead the way with quality and affordable products in every department.

The building was under construction for just over 4 years and with the Christmas season approaching in a business world that is all about dollars and cents, catching that holiday shopping crowd makes perfect sense.
