Members of the Guyana Karate Collegeare continuing their preparations to attend the World Shotokan tournament set for Toronto Canada in just six days. Digicel  on Tuesday provided assistance to young Tyler Orderson to give him a chance to  bring glory to Guyana.

Orderson will be among 25 Karatekas seeking medals in the tournament which runs for six days. The team is expected to leave over the weekend.

 In 3 days time history will be made as the West Indies stages its first International match in the United States. The match a 20/20  opens the New Zealand tour of the West Indies which will also feature a second twenty twenty match at the Central Broward Regional Park in  the city of Lauderhillin Florida. Five one day internationals, 2 test matches and a 3-day tour match will be the remaining matches.

Guyana will once be left out in the cold as another series gets underway and the cricket impasse remains unresolved. No  Guyanese player has been selected  in the squad for the first 2 20/20 matches.

The series will be launched officially on Friday.
