Need for local government reform.
City, Mayor Hamilton Green sees local government reform as pivotal in addressing the many problems facing the municipality. Green has been the political head of City Hall for over a decade and he believes that the government is trying to micromanage the city, by holding meetings with other top city officials and side stepping the mayor.
The town Clerk has a few days to respond to multiple financial irregularities uncovered in an assessment conduct by the implementation committee of the Keith Borrowers commission.
