140lbs of Cocaine Found in Copper
There are reports this evening that a well known city businessman is in custody as investigations widen into that 140 pound cocaine bust in Hindu copper receptacles. The man who was arrested at the scene of the bust and who is behind the manufacture of the utensils the cocaine was found stashed in remains in custody and could appear in court by tomorrow.
A number of other persons suspected to be linked to the case could be called in for questioning by tomorrow this newscast understands. Investigators believe that there may be a number of persons who may have had a hand in the half a billion dollar cocaine loot. This was one of the largest busts to take place locally of late.
