Police Commissioner Admitted at Hospital With a Ruptured Vein

Police commissioner Henry Greene remains a patient at a city hospital this evening and capitol news understands that there are now discussions about whether the top cop ought to be medi vacked out of Guyana to seek treatment.

The police commissioner who has been fighting obesity for sometime was rushed to the Balwant Singh hospital over the weekend after he developed a problem with a ruptured vein in one of his legs and began bleeding badly. A number of medical tests have also been carried out and several more are expected this newscast understands.

The police commissioner also suffers from a heart condition and so doctors are being very careful about the possibility of any surgical intervention.

For this year alone, the police commissioner has been rushed to the hospital on at least 3 known occasions for various ailments. He reached the age of retirement a few years back but was asked to stay on a little longer.
